When people do a great job, I believe they deserve credit. From start to finish the company was fantastic, starting with Patti in the pool service department, all the way to the crew doing the work. I had a leaky pipe about 4 feet down, the crew left the work area better than when they started, all while fixing the issue with the pipe. They were professional, neat, and clean. They even hosed off the area when they were done. I think their price was fair considering they came with a 4 man crew, came within a week of my first contact with them, completed the job in an hour and a half, and left the area better than when they arrived. We had great experience with buying our first pool with Eliot. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to over sell us. He answered all our questions and returned our calls promptly. Dottie also knows a lot about chemicals and keeping your pool crystal clear without the chlorine smell. Highly recommend Central Jersey Pool.
Purchased a semi in-ground tidal fit ep14 through Elliot he was very responsive and informative. I’m new to swim spa or spa in general so he was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Was easy to talk to on phone email or in person and addressed all my concerns. We love the spa and very happy we went through with the purchase using Elliot and central Jersey pools
This is the true 1st year I am having to deal with running the pool on my own since my in-laws have passed and if Patti was not there I would be lost! With our retirement travel plans disrupted by the pandemic, we decided to put in an in ground pool. This was a lifelong desire. We chose Central Jersey Pools.. They made the construction as painless as possible. All the staff were professional, dedicated and easy to deal with. The job was beautifully done and we’ve now had three summers of great enjoyment.
The true test of CJP came last summer.We had a problem with the pump requiring that it be replaced. After diagnosis indicating that we had not caused the problem, Stephen Metz stood behind their product and replaced it for free. He is always very pleasant and straightforward to deal with.
I heartily recommend Central Jersey Pool. They’ve given us endless summer days of fun.
